How to Make a Donation

  • One-time contribution by credit or debit card. Go to the North Texas SECC Giving Portal and follow the instructions to create an account, designate your charity and amount, and enter your payment card information.
  • Payroll deduction (online enrollment). Visit the North Texas SECC Giving Portal and follow the instructions to create an account, designate your charity and amount, and select one time, 9 months, or 12 months. Payroll deduction begins with the paycheck issued in January.
  • Payroll deduction (paper form submission). Use the Pledge Form for Universities (link opens in new page); you may fill it out online or print and complete it by hand. Be sure to sign the form. Note: UNT's campaign area is #29-North Texas, and the area of the form where you designate your charity (or charities) should provide the monthly amount to send to each recipient. Send the completed PDF (for printed ones completed by hand you may scan or take a photo of it) by e-mail to Coby Condrey. If you prefer, you may give the completed form to your departmental coordinator or contact Coby Condrey to have it picked up.
  • Cash or checks. Complete the Pledge Form for Universities (link opens in new page) to make a one-time gift by cash or check. Print the form first and then fill it out. Place the completed form with your payment in an envelope, and give it to your departmental coordinator or contact Coby Condrey to arrange retrieval. Remember: never put cash in campus mail.

Note about the pledge form: if you do not make a designation the donation will go to the overall SECC campaign and be proportionally distributed to all charities that receive any pledges in the campaign.

Your support of the SECC is voluntary. If you feel you are being coerced to donate money at any time during this campaign, please submit a written complaint to:
